Basil California Medium

Medium Cut (slightly smaller than our Regular California Basil). Basil is just right for pasta, tomato sauce, and chicken. The flavor of sweet basil is pretty close to irresistible and there is little that a pinch of basil can't improve. Known for being tomato's best friend, add basil to salads, soups, fish, and vegetables. Basil brings out the best in meats and poultry as well. The flavor of California basil comes a little closer to fresh than French basil, because of the way it’s dried, and is the basil of choice for most Italian and American dishes. French basil has a bit of anise flavor many people enjoy. Add basil toward the end of cooking for the freshest flavor.
