Penzeys Granulated Air-Dried Shallots

Shallots bring the flavor of simple joy to light chicken and fish dishes, but are equally at home adding sweet, savory goodness to the most robust of vegetables and the most flavorful beef and pork dishes. Start with 1/2 tsp. per pound. Also 1 tsp. in a pot of soup is amazing! Sprinkle on eggs and salads as well. Shallots really do make great-tasting food easy.
