Marjoram is one of the most popular herbs in Europe, but it hasn't yet gained the popularity of basil and oregano here in America. Its flavor is a sweet, flowery cross between oregano and basil, making it the perfect addition to soup, stews, tomato sauces and dishes such as baked chicken.
