Galena Street Rib and Chicken Rub

So real. So tasty. Goodness evolved in the south over generations brought north family by family. Yes, chicken (turkey, too.) Yes, ribs (any pork really). But also anywhere your family loves great flavor. Grilled wings, roasted cauliflower, mushrooms, breakfast pie. 1-2 TB. in 1 cup tomato sauce or ketchup for awesome BBQ sauce. So good.
